The others scenes are from Yuru Yuri chapter 215, Elden Ring chapter 52, and the last one I don't know

That's good news about the Potion manga. You reminded me about it and I noticed there is an English translation of it now. As I was going through is getting the scenes I knew already, I saw this one in chapter 16 I didn't have yet.

I hope the same female tickler will be the one torturing the masked thief in chapter 17, she is shown on the final page there.

Where did you find the most recent Chapters ?
For a long time, my go-to website for raws was Rawkuma, but they've been lacking for a while in terms of updates.

Minor mention in ZZZ, but the scenes are so scarce there so far that every find is a win in my book. Confirmation that Lucy is ticklish.

This occurs during one of her trust events, when she chooses to go to the hair salon. MC asks to touch her hair, leading to this. Nothing after this line.

Always looking to find more new ZZZ mentions (if any).

There's one more scene that I know of, where you talk to a Bangboo near that bar on Brant Construction Site, and you can "tickle its belly", but I didn't screenshot it.

That’s what I’m hoping for as well, missed opportunity with the bath scene in Caesar’s trailer. That would have been amazing

I read it on the patreon page now. The tickling part is in ch 61 and it was just as good as the previous one and the protagonist was first tickling Kanadia when she failed to adress something of imortance and then a lenghty tickling on Stina again (the phantom thief) the protagonist even hinted that if she would not stop spying on him and Kanadia, he would tie her up and tickle her and if it is really bad timing, he would call Amelie and they would have at her both at the same time.
The protagonist has learned that tickling is a pretty good way to make people talk or obey and punish them thanks to Amelie. Which is great!
So in the next part we should be able to see alot of tickling and at greater lengths and intensity than previously is my guess and my hope!
