I know one is from “Ulysses: Jeanne d'Arc and the Alchemist Knight” she tickles another characters belly off screen. The other anime is Myriad Colors Phantom World, she plays an older sister and she tickles her younger brother.

Looks like they are making an anime adaptation out of this one. I am curious to see if they go with the full scene or try and cut it or do a lazy animation attempt.

Dam that look very nice , and the art quality is great , wonder if the artist can do existing characters from series ? I would like to see a tickle torture scenario from Eminence in Shadow , when in the video game Batrix was talking how the Elf Village likes to punish with tickle torture. And in general there are other series that could have tickling easily, any other artist that could take requests like that ,even official ones ?

An easy way to look for artists is to search the くすぐり tag on Pixiv and Skeb and it'll show artists that are accepting requests. Though if you don't know Japanese, you'll have to use the auto translation function which can be hit or miss.
