I was hoping someone who knows Japanese could help us with this one. It's from "Tejina-senpai" in Weekly Young Magazine (2016-31). They're demonstrating some sort of magic trick, and she's reacting like her feet are being tickled when the guy tickles the bottom of the bottle, but the details are obviously lost on me.

From what I could see, they're doing some sort of hypnosis trick, so she starts to feels anything that's happening with the bottle.
And in the second page the dialogue goes:
'Ahaha, that's the sole of my foot, stop!'
'So it's the sole of the foot here? Interesting. Now if I tickle here too...'
'Aah! 'Th... that feels a bit different.
'Just where have I touched?'

Apparently, the point of the trick is to hypnotize her into thinking that her senses are inside the bottle, which is why she reacts when he 'tickles' the bottle. It's then implied that he ends up groping her when he touches higher up on the bottle.
