Novel AI is definitely your best bet in my opinion. No censorship and restrictions either. You only need very simple prompts to generate tickle images there but if you still need prompts I can help you, PM if you need further help.

Also can someone remind me of a scene in anime. It was F/M. The female character was like a doctor or nurse or something like that and the guy was feeling down about something so she tickled him? I can picture the scene in my mind but don't know how to describe it. I think he was laying on a bed at one point. It was maybe from around 2017-2020 I'm not sure though.
