Alright...here's the situation. I'm SURE I've read that comic, but for the world I can't find it in my possession. The only explanation would be, that it either wasn't so good or it only had that one page of armpit licking in it....
But if you like that kind of stuff I've got plenty. And I can also recommend some searches on E-H or Ex:

Try to search for the artists of these comics for more of their work.
Here's some other artists names: Evork Festa, Cyclone, Niku Ringo, TTT.
(adding the armpits tag to the search would help you filter what you want)

Took a look on Danbooru and found the artist who makes the Monster Girl Encyclopedia did a super long page full of them that actually includes what looks to be a tickle pic on it.

If you go down the left side, look for the tanned girl with a shocked face and shards floating around her. Right next to her is the tickle pic of a Sphinx and a Mummy. Of course, according to the Mummy's entry, her skin is so hypersensitive that the Sphinx is probably just trying to make her paralyzed from over-stimulation (due to how pleasurable physical contact is for a Mummies)

WARNING: There is a helluva lot of baby making going on aside from the one tickle pic. In fact, some have already had the babies! So you've been warned.

and its said to have a tickling scene where it starts with Pink Squid Head squads attack high-school girls including the main heroine.

There is actually was one, I saw a screenshots of the squid ninja's and attacking the heroine and other girls thats likely tickling.

Basically you can put up requests for people who can translate and if they fulfill them, they get a reward in credits/hath.
