Yes, I seem to recall another member who announced his farewell after being called out for douchey behavior in another thread. That member then proceeded to argue with everyone who was happy to see him go and ultimately decided to take an imaginary apology and stay on the forum.

I will also believe it when I see it.

Remember, in America, you're innocent until proven guilty. Just because he settled out of court the first time doesn't automatically make him guilty and the second time, he was found not guilty.
