You think you have had some nightmares. My psychiatrist put me on a medicine (whose name I forget) that caused nightmares that were extremely vivid. It wasn't the frightening power of the dreams that upset me, it was the fact that I could not separate the dreams from real life. I would think about the dreams and it was like they were real life. Very upsetting! I told Doc that I had to get off of that one.

I hope you find a way to get through this period of bad dreams. Just remember that is all they are, dreams. Not real, not prophetic, just dreams!

yes yes i always say that to myself when i wake up...not real...not prophetic..just dreams..i actually solved one dream in a dream and i no longer have that particular nightmare..thank you...and yikes...hmm that's a shame about your med...i remember my sister as a child had asthma, and the med she was taking caused her to hallucinate...poor thing..

Don't worry. If you had been my daughter, you would been praised and loved on often, just as my little lady is. Firm, fair, but loving is my method.
