I do sympathize and I have a couple of suggestions that I hope will be helpful to you. Go to the "GATHERINGS/PERSONALS" section of this Forum. Post a personal ad, and by all means click on "GENERAL GATHERINGS" and find a group in your local geographic area.
My other suggestion is to go to a local D/s (Domination/submission) club for people in the lifestyle. While socializing, let it be known that you desire to be tickled.
Both of the above mentioned methods have worked for me.
