I woke up this morning and when I opened the Sunday paper and saw the cover of Parade magazine, I new instantly that THIS is the celebrity ticklee for me:

Well, since the Gotham Public Works group are kinda celebs (they're well-known for acting as DC comics characters at comic cons) , I'd have to try tickling the Catwoman of that group. (and hopefully she'd want revenge lol)
