Any Marvel female would be a target for my tickle fetish, but the top five are as follows.

1. Jubilation Lee ( X-men )
2. Storm ( X-men )
3. She-Hulk ( I hear she's pretty ticklish too )
4. Blink ( member of the Exiles very pretty )
5. Cant decide between Rogue or Psylocke of the X-men so i'll cheat and say both of them tie for fifth place.

I know both Jubilee and Blink are just about underage but hey... you said ANY fictional character right.
