How to be the best version of myself. How to deal with past traumas and not let them make me callous or afraid to be myself. How to find an inner calm and maintain strong positive relationships.
 
You're further along than I am, I haven't been able to put words to the question yet.

What is your greatest strength?
 
Nope, we got some rain and cooler temps but that's normal for this time of year
 
I think so, according to weather reports, but nothing too bad that I've noticed personally
 
That's good. I had relatives in Tucson who had a narrow escape from a flash flood while driving.

Are you familiar with the expanded version of that game, "rock, paper, scissors, lizard, Spock" ?

It was made up by the writers for The Big Bang Theory and explained on that show by the nerd/physicist Sheldon.
