Concerns about being defunded by payment processors suggests that it is important to be paid for your effort and regain your costs. There is no money to be made making this content. It will be stolen and posted everywhere for free.
Would you agree the reasons why payment processors defund or freeze the accounts of porn sites is because of the stigmas of porn, censorship laws, anti-pedophila laws, human trafficking laws, the religious right and the feminist left and trying to pressure these payment companies, and these companies wanting to uphold their image? Also, if you
actually examined copyright law and saw how it's complete bullshit, you'd realize copying and redistributing are
not the same thing as plagiarism and theft. How do I know that? Because the copied video was never edited when Joe Shmoe uploaded it to YouTube or whatever, which means information of the people/studio who made it can still be seen. The
only reason why studios hate it when their work gets copied and shared around without their consent is because all of the money isn't going directly to them, and while I can understand their frustration on that because that's their livelyhood, they fail to understand copyright law by its very nature is anti-free speech. Its also hypocritical how some of these studios have used copyrighted characters in their videos under the guise of parody (ex: superheroines), but don't want someone else using their work in a transformative way. This is why if I had works being published right now, I'd release them under a Creative Commons license. Another thing to mention is, you'd be surprised of how many people have bought, and will continue to buy, the original video to pay the creators, rather than torrenting copies off the Pirate Bay or watching a copy on YouTube, which would still be the case for Clips4Sale if it wasn't for the recent useless government intervention.
