I have looked at a lot of your postings and never saw much of anything that "belonged" to the producers. I have been getting downloads for 6 years now- Jeff from MaGIC Touch had put out many 2-3 minute clips to help generate interests in his videos and so did TIB. Those clips souldn't be off limits now just because they have 5 minute download clips on paysites. Thier new stuff should be protected but the ones put out by them and others as "free clips" originally should be able to be recirculated without accusations of unauthorized usage.

I agree with you jetski..I think it's totaly ridiculous and if not anything else, I belive its a power trip on any of these companys that cry and threaten etc if original "FREE" clips that "THEY" put out to begin with are posted now. Actualy, think about it..in a court of law since "THEY" themselves made em free to begin with..I really dont think their crying and baby bitching about it would stand. Am I correct?? And if im not someone please explain why im not.

There was no problem with the free preview clips, it's the ones that are supposed to be paid for that shouldn't be distributed in this way.

Personally I like free stuff whenever I can get it.
I'm not so "honest" as to pay for something readily available for free...

Yet your reasoning has a flaw: tickle producers make videos for tickle fans. If they stopped, tickle fans would eventually get nothing new to view.

I think present copyright laws must be re-written. Digital data is made to be reproduced: you could put a price on something not readily reproducible. But data can be copied ad infinitum, and no anti-copy system will work for long.

I'm saying copyright holders and tickle producers are wrong? No. I don't know anything about their revenues, but unless they produce vanilla porno, they probably get way less than mainstream porno producers.

That's their problem: since they produce for a narrow target, they earn less. And any loss has a greater impact.
At least, this is their point.

We can argue about this, but we really should strike a balance. If producers go bankrupt, there will probably be fewer new videos and pics around. Conversely, if paying customers get upset, they could stop buying - thus hurting business for producers.

Why am I repeating this old boring lecture? Dunno. Maybe I just felt like adding up a couple more posts to the tally. 🙂
