I sleep naked, its comfortable for me, and I have no one else at the moment around me

Studies have shownt hat people who sleep naked are less likely to toss and turn and have interrupted rem sleep. Better safe than sorry, I say.

That's interesting. Cause I toss and turn all the time. I can't lie on one side for too long. That's just how I am, a restless sleeper. At least during the first hour or so when shutting myself down. And before you ask, I sleep with my 'belows' on.
