First off, you're right, it's a great song! I didn't think the bearded face on the tummy seemed like a ticklish reaction......but shortly before that, around 2:57, he tickles her foot with a dandelion. Very quick, just a close up, as brief as you usually get in music videos (where there's lots of cuts).

Either way, a beautiful clip, and a beautiful song, thanks so much for posting it!
