What are your thoughts on the forum being used as a way to meet play partners? I guess outside of forum-created gatherings since those obviously wouldn't happen without the forum.

Well I think that the forum isn't being used to the best of its capabilities. People could be making videos (and not show their face if they don't want to) But they don't. People could be making audios. They don't. Obviously the written post doesn't work. (Very little anyways.) So... just like applying for a job... yuu have to make your resume stand out.

Sometimes I go over and look at the personnals... and most men just make a few sentences like:

"Hey everyone. I live in Upstate NY and would lile to meet a woman for some tickles. Or rp. Hit me up."

Thats way too bland. Some men put in more of an effort with the same zero results. Its time to try things a little differently. Both women and men have nothing to go on to be excited by. Half the time men don't even know if women are ACTUALLY women! I'm glad Skype is around and some are definitly making use of that... but aside from that... to make people interested... people viewing these threads need to get excited. Visually and audio wise. The senses need to be seduced quite frankly. And if one were to make a video or audio...to talk about a few other aspects of your life. I'm not saying I know 100% this will work... but why not TRY?!
 
Also there has been a lot of from what I understand... people not showing up to their dates. So there is a factor here of being uncomfortable to begin with. Which is why I feel its time for in person supprt groups around the country. People have got to make the first step towards becoming more comfortable in their own skin. We have this fetish. It's not going anywhere. Once you acknowledge that... time for step 2. Getting comfortable with it.

I have and he has said yes to NEST. Idk if we'll be able to afford to go next year though.

He is still wary though of munches. Too close quarters I guess. But we will attend one at some point. When... Idk. 🙁
