I am in WV and it seems dry, I can't find anybody to have tickle fun with, fetlife is dry as well. Is there anybody that wants to tickle play in WV near Charleston?
 
So sorry you're having a hard time finding someone to have fun with. It seems like many parts of the country are deserts for this type of thing.
Hang in there and keep trying, it'll happen sometime for you, probably when you least expect it. Maybe go to some Munches in your area, meet some people, let them know what you're into

I live in Pittsburgh and it's the same thing here as far as I can tell. Meeting someone this way seems really unlikely, and the idea of meeting some random person from the internet for a private meeting probably isn't a great idea anyway. I don't know your situation, but if you're able to travel, there are great places to go in cities like NYC and LA with beautiful women that let you tickle them for paid sessions. This was news to me just a few weeks ago. I didn't even know these places exist, so when I found out, I did a short trip to NYC and had one of the best experiences of my life there! Maybe something for you to consider trying if you get the opportunity.
 
I don't get to travel, I live in the Outskirts of Charleston and unable to travel.
 
I’m in a rural area, active on fet, and looked for years for someone I clicked with to tickle.

Then, for whatever reason, one day it all came together for me, and I have 2 wonderful lees I really appreciate.

Hang in there, hold onto your dreams, and never stop trying to better yourself. Things will work out for you when you least expect them too. Keep an open mind.
