Is Eli Manning the most overrated, overhyped, overpaid player in the NFL???

REspectfully I believe Ray Lewis is the most overrated player currently in the NFL.
The guy is usually the second(or third) player in on most tackles, and most of his "big hits" over the past four years have been on INT returns and the like where the guy gets blind sided. He tried to do it in the Bengals game and got a knee in his back when he missed! LOL!
He screams, he dances, but he doesn't make plays...it participates in them.

Coming from a Bears fan: Rex Grossman is the most overrated; Reggie Bush is the most overhyped and at this point Drew Bledsoe is the most overpaid (since he's sitting on the bench).
As far as overpaid, I think just about every major sport athlete is overpaid, but that's an old argument I've since given up on, people get very 'testy' for some reason when you say that 
To call Eli Manning overrated, I dunno if I could go that far. I think he's been getting better and better each season, and I think the Giants would find themselves on the outside of the playoff and even (gasp) superbowl talk that's going around if he wasn't there.
As for being overhyped, I think most of that comes from these damn sports media people who love to hammer in the fact that he's a Manning, he's Peyton's younger brother, he's Eli MANNING......that gets old fairly quick......to everyone except the sports media apparently.
It's just like in Basketball, where EVERY NEW PLAYER who has a smidgen (yeah, I said smidgen, sue me
) of talent is suddenly the next Michael Jordan. How many of those have we been told about in the past 8 years or so? At least 16 or so.

I think Eli will eventually come around but, I think Reggie Bush is the most overhyped, overrated player. I don't think he will be as good as everyone thinks.
