Hi. Your parameters seem reasonable to me. I don't live in L.A. but I grew up there and my family is still there, which means i visit fairly often. There's also a chance that I will be relocating in Ventura as I'm finshing a school psychology program in Humboldt and the third year is an internship.
As far as tickling goes, I have never tickled a woman other than someone I was involved with, but playing with someone who is a tickle partner sounds fantastic (titilating, actually) I won't tell you much about how I look. I'll send you a picture if you ask. I will tell you that I am a young 38 year old born on April 30th in Encino. Graduated with the first official valley girls. I began working with kids since in high school. The past seven years I worked in the SanGabriel mountains taking city kids into the mountains for five day programs. Now I work at an elementary and middle school running counseling groups and doind behavior plans, academic interventions. Anythong that makes surviving the long days in school easier for kids that aren't built for it. I surf (lately in paradise on the North Coast of California), used to be a Botanist, I'm 6'1, 170 lbs.
