Say, I've been downloading scores of great vintage Japanese bondage pix of late, not to mention seeing many others over the years.

Many in the S&M community consider the Japanese experts in the art of rope bondage.

The curious thing is, with a multitude of positions, I've rarely seen any standard hogties in the Japanese material. It seems such a staple of Euro-and-American bondage, I just wonder why the Japanese didn't seem to glom on it the way we seem to?
