1) would tickle the girl in green and her shirt would be perfect for tickling!! 2) I would also tickle Emma Watson any day of the week she just looks ticklish!!
 
ok honestly, I am a belly guy, so any anything showing midriff or a belly shirt will really make me tickle ya. Sometimes a little cleavage helps too for the teasing purposes if I am really stubborn and try not be seduced into tickling.
 
Because of my tickle fetish, I ended up with a Tummy/Foot/Armpit/Any tickle spot Fetish.
So I like outfits that show those off.

Shorts for the thigh, knee tickling. (remember that spot just above the knee Ticklish&InLove 😛 )

Shirts that show the belly, slightly too small tank tops are awesome for showing the tummy and armpits at the same time.

And of course any shoe that shows off the bare feet in side. Strappy heels, flats, sandals. Flip flops are my favorite 🙂

In ler mode, whenever I see a woman in like, soft and thin looking clothing (the clothing material would probably be Viscose / Rayon) ... Perhaps black leggings, calf length boots, viscose shortish dress or smock type top/dress with 3/4 length or full sleeves; perhaps a cropped soft or fluffy jumper on top or a denim jacket or something :wub :blush 🙂

In lee mode, I feel open to tickle in a chiffon, mesh, silk, viscose material , when I'm wearing dresses and tights (or pantyhose if you're american) 😛
 
Cute ankle socks are always a plus too. Maybe something like striped socks or something with a different colored toe and heel.

You've got a good eye for lees 🙂 and I bet you'd be a fun lee yourself based on your attire choice 😛
 
For me, whenever I see a girl in a short skirt and/or a shirt that might be showing off her belly... that's perfect for me to tickle her...

Sometimes maybe if they're wearing a short dress that the material seems to be pretty thin.

Anything business woman/lawyer ish. Especially short skirts, heels, and dark nylons. :drool
Also button up shirts make getting access to the upper body much more.... Fun. 😉

In someways I have to agree with that last sentence. Button up shirts can have their advantages.

Along those lines, basically any attire that can allow the Ler to discretely tickle their Lee publicly is an invitation... One of my favorite predicaments to wind up in is when my hubby wraps his arms around me so to all the world it looks like he is just holding me. When in reality, his hands are tickling my sides. Eeeeek! I just about die when he does that as he has a way of keeping his expression perfectly serious while looking at me with laughing eyes that just devastates me utterly. Or sometimes he'll even look at me with a faux puzzled look, like "what's so funny?" Given he does this when there are lots of people around, like at a mall or when we are standing watching a presentation, I guess I'm lucky he does it rarely.....but I kinda "ask for it" when wearing the right clothing!:wub

My aunty did that to me as a kid; hug me but then have me trapped in her hug so she could tickle me. So as an adult I crave that kinda scenario with a guy.
