Personally, i like the whole "tickled by supernatural evil" thing

The super hot/scary Devil and Vampire like villains would be my dream to get tickled by.

I agree that a vampire would make an excellent and ultimate Ler, Moose1199!

There ability to make your body do what they want it to with their minds, their supernatural strength and speed, their intact human personalities still remaining so mischief and playfulness are intact along with a seductiveness, AND their hundreds if not thousands of years of practice and knowledge of the human body would all kind of add up, wouldn't it?

FYI - I have two distinctly different tickling vampire character in my posted stories: one is "David " and the story focuses just on him and one is "Dwyn" and the vampire character is a secondary character, but all the Ler's in it are supernatural in one way it another. You might enjoy reading them! 😉

I wouldn't personally count her as a villain, but seeing as demons etc were mentioned, Morrigan Aensland from Darkstalkers. The Internet is saturated with Morrigan fanart for a reason. xD
 
I'm going to have to add Eric Northman, Artemisia, Lestat, and Khan (Benedict Cumberbatch's version)....as all four of those villians seem like the kind who would have infinite patience to truly stretch out the with wich they would direct their intense intelligence and passion towards devastating their ticklees! :reddevil: 😛oke2:

However, Sophie-Anne Leclerq seems like she would be the playfully merciless type...in fact, I kept hoping for a scene where she would tickle Haley senseless...it would have fit both of their characters perfectly with Sophie-Anne as the dominate Ler and Haley as the adorable cutie with the precious laugh!:blush 😛oke1:
 
id have to say poison ivy purley becuz she can use nature to wrap and tickle every spot on the body 🙂

D'ya know, I was in my twenties when I finally realised that "Cruella de Ville" was a pun on the phrase "cruel devil". :/

Anyway, to stay on topic, did I already mention Mystique from X-Men? ..Yes I did, never mind. Well how about Aldra, from Queen's Blade? She'd be pretty evil. Slow and teasing - she'd make it last for days. She has a real sadistic streak when she's in the right mood. I'd say Echidna would be good, but she's not really a villain. Really, that whole show is ripe for this type of thing.

The Goblin King from Labyrinth - seems to do everything he can to distract his potential victim into "obeying & loving" him...too bad he didn't tickle her....

Damon Salvatore - this vamp seems to have a dangerously playful streak

Moriarty - from the book ( leave it up to you which actor you picture here)

Magneto - the young one - seems a lot more inclined to revel in his powers , the older version is less inclined to "play"

Has anyone seen the previews for "Maleficent" in a movie about Sleeping Beauty? There is just something about her in screen presence that made me think, " Wow! I bet she (the character as represented by Angelina Jolie )would be a truly MERCILESS Ler!
 
Haha yeah I've seen it, looks amazing and I think most Disney villain make good lers. Worse would be Ursula still.

Right? I think Ursula and Jafar should have at least done one tickle scene since the princesses had the exposed midriffs
