It is a very quick clip. You do hear Kelly say tickle before she is cut off by Regis and the guest talking. She does reply, "I will resort to it.", in a sly joking way.

I would have started the clip a little earlier when Kelly asked if Ian's Lost scene was a flashback? His refusal to answer leads to Kelly's "threat".

she's fantastic isn't she, she didn't hesitate to bring tickling up as a means to extract information

wouldn't it be great if she was lurking here? (yes yes, i know, stop being ridiculous)

but really, its brilliant that such a beautiful, top celebrity has threatened to tickle information out of at least two people now... she is like our de facto ambassador to the vanilla world (or something)... maybe one day she will actually do it

if you will allow my imagination to run wild here... she could take over from howard stern and make a feature of putting various beautiful people in a tickle chair to get some information out of them... and actually that bloke in this clip looked as though he quite like the idea of kelly tickling him (well who wouldn't?) when he said "really?"
