Actually, that was a major part of my point as well - so one doesn't have to search for the actual thread once he's in your subforum...
Thank you Mentallydull for obviously phrasing it better than I did.
It would be a lot better if people actually would READ the posts before screaming bloody murder. I never said anything bad about Tommy or his work, just gave my opinion on what I think was a bad decision. So again, folks, reading helps...

I guess that we have various categories here speaking:
1) people with too little time that can't click a link
2) people that wanna promote their site (come to the dark side, we have cookies and links to previews)
3) people that has too much free time, so clicking on many links is not a big deal
4) people that are eternally committed to say thanks for free stuff, since they don't buy full clips (hence the support, otherwise how can they get free hi quality preview? )
5) people that stop by and can't avoid to read the comments and laugh.
Tommy; do whatever you want 😉 TIB made of the "anti customer service" a must with his comments, and thank god you make much better stuff 🙂
Just remember that some people got pampered to get a link with the preview (not to megaupload or some other site, to see the high quality...some of us that buy clips actually wanna see and hear the video, not just fap fap with a 30 mb preview in HQ; maybe i am one of the old school that can't care less of 1080p HQ clips, since for me a 640 by 480 with bitrate at 1000K is more than enough😀), and a nice picture that shows what is all about; many times coming here is just a waste of time, since is easier to just bookmark the pages of the producers that you like and check there directly....making the video section not as useful as it was before 🙂
Not saying that you should do something that you don't wanna do; but just keep in mind that you cannot make everyone happy, so I would listen to people that actually buy your clips, and not who just post comments (not mentioning anyone here, before that you get all worked up LOL, talking in general); maybe the guy that is complaining is one that spend big bucks in your store, and loosing him would basically affect your income (minimally maybe, but a loss is a loss, if you think in marketing terms).
Now let's all hug together and smoke the peace bong 🙂 If you have time go check the link,otherwise just continue to do what you are doing and problem solved

I got what you were saying and understand it to a point but there were slight differences. I read my post again and it seems quite "grovelly" (is that even a word?) but the sentiment stands.

Yep, I was not all that pleased with the change at first cuz I tend to resist change. Never crossed my mind he did it to fly off on some ego trip since other producers have done it and he seems to be interested in providing US with his good stuff and it might just be a bit easier to get to all of it at one time with just a lil' more effort and oh yeah, might be a bit easier for customers to get to/see previews and buy clips and OH SHIT, he might can make a profit.
Tommy, keep doing the great stuff you do and as long as you do not ask me to take a long walk off a short pier into freezing H2O I will jump thru your hoops.
