Ok, I just had to share this because I'm still in shock as to what just happened...

I just signed up for the 2008 subscriptions about an hour ago, and I was having some technical difficulties downloading some of the extra goodies that come with this month's edition... so I shot off an email to the editor.

Now, it was a little after 12am on a Saturday night, so I'd expected to get a response maybe tomorrow... probably Monday at the earliest... typical response time, I'd say.

...I had a response from Dean 16 minutes later?

...4 minutes after that response, my problem was fixed...

Now, I've had to send an email or 2 out to some of the other producers or website owners when I had a problem with a clip or something, and i usually got a pretty timely response (next day), but having my issue acknowledged and fixed within 20 minutes is just mind-boggling... It's like having my own personal Easy Button that's shaped like a feather.

to his Superman-like customer service skills!

I can't wait until next months edition!
