Not just free will. Not just "freedom of choice".
But true freedom. The freedom to live one's life at one's will, and in privacy.
It's in both Canada's Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and in the Constitution of the United States, repsectively...
How come it's not being followed? And how come the ability to pay off one's bills is in direct proportion the amount of "freedom" one gets to enjoy?
It's only money, people. Contrary to popular belief, it won't make or break you in this world. Strength of character and wisdom are the only things that get you through this life...
"Well, wouldn't it be wise to pay off your bills, Moses?", one could retort with a substantial point.
Yes, of course it would be wise, but it still shouldn't impede one's enjoyment of life, and certainly has nothing to do with one's ability to be free.
Too much emphasis on economics in this world - too little humanitarianism.
