Chapter 6 - Part 3 of 4
Keelie’s jaw dropped as she took it all in. Katie was almost totally wrapped in vines from TeeKee, giggling, laughing and moaning. The plant was...was...talking to her? She quickly hid behind the counter and checked out the scene. The plant was apparently tickling her all over, trying to make her do something. She listened to the demands of the plant in shock. She knew what she had to do but had no idea how.
She looked all over the area as quietly as she could, staying hidden. Then, she saw it. A bottle on the floor, next to the counter. She slid over and grabbed it. The label said “Mun-Clear.” “Wow,” she thought to herself, “this stuff could clear a forest.” She knew she would have, at best, one shot at this. The plant’s total concentration was with Katie, so if she moved quickly, she could do it.
Without making a sound, she raced out from behind the counter. She made it to the terra cotta pot without the plant, or even Katie even noticing. All that could be heard was Katie’s near-orgasmic moans and laughter as the plant was obviously torturing her. She quickly took the top off the bottle and stood up. She rapped on the side of the bulb-mouth hard to get the plant’s attention. “Hey, TeeKee, when’s my turn?” she cooed.
The bud-mouth moved toward Keelie. Before it could speak, she turned the bottle upside down over the open maw and poured the plant killer in as fast as gravity would allow. The plant roared as it tasted the fluid and tried to spit it out. Instead, she threw the bottle in his mouth and ran for the counter.
TeeKee had all his vines busy with Katie. He couldn’t go after her and hold Katie too. He loosened some vines and tried to reach out for Keelie, but she quickly got out of reach. As he did, Katie felt herself loosening from the tickling embrace of the vines. She fought to clear her mind and felt herself slipping to the floor. She landed on her side and hands and grabbed the machete.
Keelie squealed as the vines reached for her. At the same time, she heard the plant roar as Katie again began to hack at the plant’s trunk. Taking the hint, she grabbed the pruning shears and ran to join her. “I fed it some Mun-Clear,’ she blurted as she joined Katie at the pot.
“Can’t wait...for it to kick in...gotta kill it now...” Katie shouted. “Watch out for the vines...don’t let it get you,” she added. She looked and saw a sight that made her heart pound. The plant was trying to spit out the bottle, which she could see was now empty. It almost sounded like it was gargling as it roared at them. The vines were not moving much as the plant tried to fight off the deadly herbicide.
“Katie! LOOK!” Keelie shouted. Katie looked first at Keelie’s horrified face, then where she was pointing. In the two parts of the trunk, where it forked in two directions, they could see the shape of a human body as if the plant was wrapped around it. Katie began to hack one foot away from the shape of the legs. With Keelie’s help, they cut away and found two bare feet.
“Help me pull her out!” Katie shouted. Together, they pulled, and they body slid out. It was Hailey, as Katie suspected. Hailey moaned as Keelie attended to her. Katie returned to the plant and kept cutting. She shrieked as she found another set of feet. She pulled with all her might, and to her delight, out came the body of C.T. After rousing him, he helped her explore more, and they pulled out the bodies of Clair and Vicky from another trunk of the plant. They were weak, but still alive.
“Katie, what happened to you?” C.T. asked as he took notice of her standing in just a thong. He pulled off his shirt and gave it to her. She told him what had happened as she pulled the shirt on. “Wow, good thing you too poisoned it.”
Suddenly, they heard a loud gush of air come from the pot. The group watched as the bud-mouth sank and all the vines go limp. TeeKee was finally dead. Katie and Keelie helped the other girls get to their feet. Vickie seemed to be recovering the slowest, since she had been there so long. Katie walked to the counter to pick up the phone. The shop would not be opening today, and she needed to tell Mr. Ockerman what had happened.

Back at last! Hope you've been well, CT! I don't mind waiting, long as the epic's back on track! Since I've read ahead, I know that a further jarring revelation is on the way, but for right now the dramatic death throes of insatiable Tee-Kee and the resurrection of the entire rest of the cast are developments thrilling enough to thoroughly satisfy! Keeley's plenty handy with the herbicide! A good thing for Katie... a second later and she'd have to be dug from the mulch along with the others! And what a death scene Tee-Kee delivers! He'd be in Oscar contention this year if I were in charge of the nominations! A performance to bring down the house! Literally, unfortunately... the excitement isn't over yet! As stated, I know how it's going to end, but I can't wait to see it in comix panels!

Great pics, CT! Definitely worth the wait! And now just one little cliffhanger left...

Heh. A quick end (almost), it seems. Just, odd, I guess. I figured most of them would have been digested already, having been in there for so long (considerably). :unsure

Oh well. This makes for a nice, happy ending.

Woohoo! C_Tickler is back with new pages! And stunning ones they are! I love how your artwork seems to be developing in the process... your characters turn more beautiful by the month! Great work.

Also the story is taking an interesting turn, and ending again in a cliffhanger to keep us tuned. Well done! 🙂

Chapter 6 - Final Part

“LOOK OUT!” C.T. shouted. A loud creaking and crash was heard as a ceiling beam fell to the floor. Katie looked up and saw the vines all intertwined among the beams. She then looked at TeeKee. The plant was collapsing as it died. As it did, she saw the vines being pulled down upon as the plant collapsed. It didn’t take much to see what was happening.
“Everyone, we gotta get out of here NOW!” Katie shouted. The building was old and would not last long. She could hear the beams creaking and cracking. The whole thing could give at any moment. Katie ran to help Keelie with Vickie. The group moved quickly to the front door.
Katie and Keelie got Vickie out the door first, with C.T. right behind them. When they reached the parking lot, they turn around to face the building. As they did, they saw that two of them were missing. Katie told Keelie to stay with Vickie as she and C.T. ran back to the building. They could hear screams as they approached the door. They saw Claire and Hailey entangled in vines between the door and counter. They seemed to be in a panic. TeeKee was dead, but they were screaming as if the creature was alive again and going after them. All the while, they could hear the beams cracking from the roof.
“You stay here, Katie, I’ll get them!” C.T. shouted. Katie stood there frozen as she saw the two of them, screaming and crying out in sheer panic, the vines now twisted around them as they tried to free themselves. When C.T. reached the door, a loud roar and crash filled their ears. Beams of wood collapsed to the floor, blocking C.T’s entry. Katie screamed as the building collapsed in front of her. Then, their was silence. No creaking boards, no breaking glass...no screams...

Epilogue

Keelie squealed as she held the magazine. She and Katie were on the cover. It had been 4 months since the horrible incident with the strange talking plant. During the end of it all, the press kept pressing for details on what had happened, the reappearance of the missing, the strange plant. No one seemed to believe them except the tabloids, of course, which still got it all wrong. Keelie could care less. She was on the cover!
Katie was still in mourning. C.T.’s report had cleared her and Ockerman of any wrongdoing, thank God, and life was beginning to get as back to normal as it could. Mr. Ockerman finally sold out to Munster Nurseries, and Katie now worked for them. She was now Hailey’s replacement as spokesperson/model. With her looks and the mystery around TeeKee, she was an instant success, as they figured. Vickie was on tour with “Wicked,” and, as luck would have it, filled in for the sick leading lady and was a critical hit. In a few months, she would be in Hollywood making some movie.
She leaned back against the sofa. Corey came in with the mail. It was so good to have him back. He placed the mail in her lap, which included a small box. It was from the same place that had sent her the TeeKee bulb. She opened it quickly and found an envelope and letter.
It stated: It has come to our attention that a bulb labeled TK-11 was sent to you. We have also discovered that you were sent a rare bulb of “Iugatiius tittalous,” a very rare exotic plant not allowed out of this country, by mistake in its place. Please destroy or return it immediately, since the plant may have unsafe characteristics. Please accept these true bulbs of TK-11 with our apologies...”
Katie looked at Corey, stood up and took the box and its contents outside. She placed it on the grill, doused it with lighter fluid, and tossed a match on it. It burst into flames instantly and was burned up in a few minutes. She sighed, smiled, then walked back inside to find her Corey...

THE END
---------------------------------------------------------------------

I've really loved doing this comic, and as most of you will know 90+ pages is a collectors item from me, i just wished i had the time to finish this prob. 12 months earlier than today.

Anyway it IS NOW time to wrap it up and here are my final pages to a tragic story, all i can say is i'm really sorry its taken ages to finish - huge respect to The Hawk who made this idea come too life - his patience and efforts as we created the stroyline were superb, he wrote the story just as i desired - and even made numerous changes as my idea's for perfection created problems to his draft storylines (lol)

So as well as a HUGE APPOLOGY i also want to give a HUGE THANKS too everyone but most of all The Hawk,
You have all been so kind with your comments and i hope i made it worth the wait.

Lots of Love and Respect
CT

Whee! Spectacular ending. 😀

(beware, spoilers below. Read the last part of the chapter first 😉 )

Cool as well. It's nice that she got a letter with apologies for sending the wrong plant and then some replacement samples. Her actions are very logical. I would have probably done the same thing (except not on the barbecue).

Thanks for a great comic, CT! Can't wait for your next one, but you already know that of course. Keep up the good work!

I read Hawk's final chapter months back, so thought I was prepared... but the trauma comes back fresher than ever! How can the tickling world be the same without my best-loved favorite bad girl to torment and tease anymore! I mourn... this truly is an end of an era. Just as the nursery business must feel the loss of Ockermans. Can't imagine that spot will ever be anything other than an empty lot... too many disturbing memories to stir up if Munsters decided to rebuild. Fertile soil for Katie's special delivery, had she not insisted on the cook-out! I wonder what barbecued bulbs taste like... well, Katie can let us know!

A thoroughly satisfying wrap-up another of your wildly entertaining series, CT! Thanks so much to both you and the Hawk! Roger Corman would be flattered and proud, I'm sure!

It's great to see the final touch made on our collaboration, CT! I understand the delays, and they are worth it. It was a great challenge and a lot of fun as we combined our preferred forms of tickling with Katie, one of my all time greatest characters, and her friends. It was an honor and a privilege to be a part of Hayley's swan song, as well. On of the 'bad girls' of tickling may be gone, but she will NEVER be forgotten!
