Thanks for the feedback Chesire. What you need to realize is that we have to have some standard for this sort of thing here, it's not ok for someone to accuse people of things without backing it up. If it was, you might be next, or me, or anyone.

I sure hope this Bill Edwards guy (if he is the guy pirating tapes) gets brought to justice as in arrested or fine a great deal of money. (Hows that?🙂)

This is exactly what I meant, let's be careful about accusing this guy of things we don't know 100% for sure that he did yet. I wouldn't want that to happen to me.
I'm not, by the way, trying to say the post originator is lying, just that we should have some objective reason for believing this before it becomes a publically accepted fact.

No I am not condoning or approving of such illegal activities and no I dont have any record of these things....that was a LOOOONG way back, with the way my mailbox fills up they would have been deleted within the week. And also no, I have never purchased pirated tapes through a 3rd party source....just giving some related info...

I contacted my attorney and we are moving forward on this libelous trash. Jeff I assure you NOTHING OF YOURS OR ANY OTHER PUBLISHER HAS BEEN DUPLICATED, COPIED, OR PIRATED, NOR WAS SUCH AN INTENTION ADVERTISED. This is a case a certain someone who likes to get everyone excited but is going to find himself in court unless he proves his allegations quick or MAKES A COMPLETE RETRACTION AND APOLOGY.

Well, it appears the accusations of piracy were off-base. Mr. Edwards' explanation seems legitimate. Certainly, there appear to be no grounds for further action by the video manufacturers. As for the person or people who initiated the accusation, it seems likely that it was a misunderstanding of the offer, not deliberate libel. I would think a simple apology should suffice, and that talk of legal action is premature.

We here at the TMF think that it's a good thing that our members feel comfortable enough to post messages such at the one that started this thread. It helps the vendors, and is a good form of community self policing. Copyright piracy is a serious issue when dealing with the small number of sales that the average fetish tape makes.
Thus we allow such posts and allow them time to garner feedback.
However, we also require that the posters back up their claims. Just like our policy of not sayign 'you suck' without support, making claims about another community member without support will not cut it here. Without support such posts become nothing more then flames, or more correctly slurs on the reputations of other members.
In this case I think the member who started the thread was acting in good faith, and a misunderstanding is at play here. But as no proof has popped up, this thread is now closed toipic done.
