That's the problem with fetish companies wanting to cater to our fetish (which I am ever grateful for though). Since it's relatively new to them, they really have no idea at all what to do with a belly button. So they spend most of the video talking about all sorts of stuff, usually not even related to belly buttons anyway. They hardly ever directly play with their belly buttons at all, and when they do it's for a few fleeting seconds. That's why I think tickling videos are (at least at the moment) far better than belly button fetish videos... you get real tickling and (nearly always) real reactions.
Then because the world has just gone completely mental with belly button piercings over the last few years, they automatically assume that "hey! You like belly buttons, I should get mine pierced LOL!" It's nearly always the first thing girls say to me when I tell them about my fetish.
For what it's worth, my opinion is more direct navel play, more talk about them, and less fat women in the videos. The problem there is that seeing as though belly button fetishes are so closely related to belly fetishes (alvinolagnia) which I guess can be related closely enough to stuffing fetishes, you get a lot of horrifically obese women in our videos. But apparently, that's what a lot of us like.
