There is clearly a misunderstanding about the "No Post" list.
It is about *promo* and mainstream contents, which could otherwise be shared without prior permission.

Commercial clips from any producer cannot be shared under any condition, as per general copyright laws.
The No Post list is in *addition* to said laws; it is not meant to bypass them.

About mainstream clips in erased posts: we found both unallowed and dubious contents, erroneously labelled as "mainstream".
If we are to restore legit links, we have to check everything.
It takes time.

If you have to pay, or resort to p2p to get it, it is commercial.

A word about the No Post list: a few producers complained about their *promo* clips being shared over TTC.
We do not comment on sale strategies.
We just ask users to refrain from sharing *any* contents from the No Post list.

When in doubt, we scrutinise contents and removed unsuitable clips.
We exercise no pre-emptive action.
We delete clips after reviewing them. Not before.

Should the forum be involved in legal actions, users would have no more clips of any kind, and no place to gather in.
We allow for some leeway, but we expect it not to be abused.

Now, this is boring for everybody.

Indeed, Fsfingers, it was a blunder. We try our best to keep an eye on everything, but we were not able to. Sometimes even threads as large as this one can escape our notice, especialy if forbidden clips are buried beneath legal ones. Allow me to reiterate what Kalamos just said. You may NOT post ANY clips that require payment to view. NO EXCEPTIONS. Clips4sale clips are, by definition, FOR SALE. They are not there for you or someone else to distribute freely. If you are here to trade or post unauthorized clips, than I am afraid you are in the wrong place and, frankly, I can;t think of a right place for that. Any further discussion of posting or trading or requestion clips that you MAY NOT distribute (See posts by Kalamos on the previous page) may result in either a more severe warning directly to the member in question, the permanent closing of this thread, or a banning of that user if they repeatedly attempt to or do violate the rules.

Now, please keep all posts on the topic of this thread: sharing clips that you can share related to the title.

To give a serious answer to his question, we took action when we got wind of a widespread misunderstanding regarding rule wording.

We do not exercise censorship. We do not take pre-emptive measures either.
When users claim that a clip is legit, and genuinely mainstream, we take their word.
We believe them, unless we have reasons to do otherwise.

We noticed a few clips had been erroneously mislabelled as mainstream.
We simply removed them, as per forum's rules and policies.

If you guys recognise commercial clips as such, please do report rule-breaking links as soon as possible.
Claiming that everybody knew means you all were guilty, out of lack of action. 😉

Gold-eyes Akane Clip Request

Thanks very much for posting the Gold-eyes preview clips. I used to visit that site when it was active and have wanted to find the clips again. I particularly have a thing for Akane, the girl that is featured in seven or eight clips. I was wondering if someone could repost the clip entitled akane4, since the link for that video on this thread is no longer working. I'm still desperately searching for the Gold-eyes clip titled akane4, and am hoping someone can post it here.
