Here's a dig... does anybody remember a short lived series from the 70's staring a very young Kim Basinger and some unknown guy as a cop and thief called Cat and Dog. In the first episode Kim is looking for some item in this guys apartment when he comes home and catch's her there while her partner is looking for her. Well, the guy ends up tying her hog style in these hot shorts, bright blue tube top and bare foot:stickout why oh why didn't he ask the question of why was she there while tickling the answer out of those suculant soles of hers!!! Oh, and she was gagged:blink
