The last scene is from "Dr. Giggles". About the only thing I remember about that flick is Holly and her beautiful feet.

And much to my chagrin, that was all that was memorable about that damned movie.

Man, if ever a mainstream horror had the opportunity to provide some tickling and totally BLEW IT, it'd be 🤐 "Dr. Giggles".
