If memory serves, its from an old Italian movie loosely based on the House of Wax genre. I remember seeing a set of pics from that movie years ago.

it's an italian-french movie inspired by Dario Argento, starring Robert Hossein, very nice and various bondage scenes in it... I would say early 80's...

in french the name is "le masque de cire".

it involves the keeper of a wax museum who kidnaps beauties to put some new chemical in their veins so that they turn into living wax statues, "the most realistic ever" as says the ad on the museum door... the scene takes place in the XVIIIth century... a must have with a lot of erotic and naked bondage, your pic coming from the last part of the movie, with some really impressive bondage device...
