Well, it's not really common at all. You'll have to look up the Japanese title to get anything.

third is something called dejiko (apparently), where a cat-girl gets held over flames, under water, then foot tickled. but I want to know what volume/chapter.

It's called Digi Charat, but I'm not sure what volume it is.

And finally the fourth is something I dont have a clue about, But its pretty hot foot tickling all the same.

Looks like a h-doujinshi for CLAMP's Magic Knight Rayearth. Fuu Hououji seems to be the victim.
