Marvel: Emma Frost (1980's Hellfire version), Dagger (1980's version), Rogue (1990's version), Jean Grey (1990's version).

DC: Starfire (New Teen Titans version), Wonder Woman (1980's / 1990's version).

Where you you tickle them?

EVERYWHERE! 😀

Feather dusters of all sorts, buffer wheels with fluffy wool pads, huge / long ostrich feather boas, ice cubes, wartenberg pinwheels.

If by "location" you mean area, I'd prefer a specially prepared dungeon with ways to nullify super powers. 😀

That would depend on if I had any sort of relationship with them.

My Marvel crush is Ororo Munroe (Storm). I would use The Force (Hello, I'm a Sith Lord), my fingers and tongue, to tickle-worship her. Being a goddess, with immense power, I expect her to be a formidable foe that would push my Force powers to their limits, but I always relish a good tickle-battle. I imagine that her X-Men companions, and even T'Challa himself, would come to rescue her. So, I would have to rely on my wits and numerous safe-houses across the galaxy to stay one step ahead of them, while I battle with Ms. Monroe.

My strategy, as always, would be to reach out into The Force and scan for weaknesses while exploiting what I find with a barrage of ticklish Force Lighting assaults. Hopefully, when I am able to weaken her resolve, I will go for my primary targets; her flawless goddess feet. I cannot imagine how sweet they would taste.
