Interesting you bring this up. Inspired by a recent true story of my girlfriend having her abdomen massaged as part of a professional massage therapy session, I started looking for a few videos. The only one that I've found that is obviously really ticklish does seem to be a guy and probably the one anonymiss is mentioning. You can't see the face and I actually thought it was a woman at first and was pretty disappointed to realize it was a guy (comments section).

The idea of a stomach massage is almost incomprehensible to me in the same way that a pedicure is. It's kind of like, "This actually exists?? It's like a straight-up tickle session!!" Because I am crazy about "accidental tickles", this kind of thing is basically the most arousing thing in the world for me 🙂
