This will be longwinded so grab a soda there is a lot of people to thank.
It's been about 10 days since the party. I think I have finally figured out what I want to say.
First, I want to give it to you by the numbers. We had 19 males and 8 females at this party. A total of 27 people. So basically a 2 to 1 ratio. That is actually our fifth best ratio ( we have done 6 parties ) with our best being 1 1/2 to 1. But Sadira and I do love the ratio. This party also featured 10 new people. With many of them attending their very first party. I hope we didn't scare you too much.

This party was a halloween costume party for Friday night held in West Branch, MI. It is about an hour north of where the first five parties we hosted were at. This party allowed everyone to stay in one place. No hotels were needed for this party though anyone could have opted for that. The idea was to be able to allow 40 plus people to sleep at the sight. Anymore than that we were going to entertain the idea of going to hotels which were about two miles away from the sight.
The idea also of going to this sight was to allow people to do other things like fishing, volleyball, horseshoes, basketball, play catch or even play football. The cabins ( five in all ) had refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, cable tv, as well as showers. So it allowed people to take care of themselves while they were there.
Then there was the party itself. Like I said, 27 people attended. We had people from Illinios, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, South Carolina, Michigan, Missouri and
Italy. Yes, I said Italy. So this was truly an International Party!!!
So now I want to thank those that showed up. If I forget anyone please know that it is more age than it is you. But let me be fair, I shouldn't forget anyone.

Let's start with Luca- Luca traveled all the way from Italy to attend this party.
Funny thing is the person that talked him into coming to this party was a no show. I apologize for that Luca. I hope you had a GREAT time and next time ( He wants to come back ) I will cook something to give you the flavor of home. Thank you for coming all this way. You do indeed rock!!!
Manon earth42- Thank you sir for being part of this again. I appreciate all the help you lent us in preparing for this party. Also for helping Sadira with the Fruit arrangement as well as the meat trays. I thank you for helping us through those rough edges. You have been very supportive of this party and us and we do thank you for that.
The Wiz and his better half Pycho Gurl- This was your third party with us. The fun and the laughter just NEVER stops with you two around. We thank you for coming in from Missouri to be part of our world. We think the World of you two. If we can keep the Magnums off the guns the World would be a safer place.

JBFT Tickler- What can I say to you that hasn't already been said??? You have been extremely supportive of our efforts. You have given us undo praise. We know all things will work out in the end because that is just the way life is. Thank you for being part of our lives and part of our world.
Pokey from Michigan and the Boss- I want to say thank you to the both of you. I have to admit since you two of come into our lives I have actually calmed down if you can believe that. I inspire to be just like you Pokey. Gentle, loving and caring. You two are just so wonderful. I encourage the community to meet these two. You will NEVER meet two more wonderful or loving people in this world. Sadira and I love you. Thank you for being here.
Dimpletoes and RockyMist- Thank you for all the desserts you made. They went over very well. Also I want to thank you for being part of this party and looking out for us. All your help made this party even better than we thought it would be. The campfires were a beautiful sight. We hope you had a great a time being there as we did having you there. Thank you!!!
Kilitiinko1- Don't know where the name came from but then again, I guess it does not matter. Thank you also for defending us and our party. I did receive your pm. I am happy you a great time. I hope in the end that you are able to decompress and not let the person that is talking negatively get to you. It has nothing to do with you or the party itself, it is more of a personal issue. One day, I will explain. You are a great man. I am happy that you came to our party. We hope we will see you here at the next one as well. Thank you for being part of it. I hope that we meet more people like you and those that have come to our parties.
Ijustwannaplay- Our buddy from Ohio. Also a fan of the Buckeyes. Go Bucks!!! I am glad you are fitting in. I hope you know that you are a great guy. I am so happy that you found your way back to this party. I certainly hope you will find your way back to our parties. I look forward to seeing you again. Remember, you don't have to show up just for gatherings. You are always welcome.
Tickmankyle- party number three for you with us. I think Sadira and I can start referring to you as part of our core group. Though your shoes are ugly you are a wonderful person. Don't let my sarcasm ever get you down. You are a meaningful part of our group. Thank you for tolerating me and thank you for being part of our lives.
Liontickler- Always the first person to respond to our party and always the first person to pay. You have been to ALL SIX of our parties. Only two other people can say that. You have been really supportive of us. It doesn't matter whether the party has been at West Branch or here in Bay City. We know we can always count on you. We can also count on you being very articulate. You are a fine man. Thank you for being the class guy you are.
Ticklebelly- Also a wonderful man. This was your fourth party if I am not mistaken. Also putting you part of our core group. I don't believe that Sadira and I could ask for more than what you provide to any party as far as personality and spirit. Thank you. We certainly hope you had a good time and continue to come back. You were missed.
Lovedemfeet and D- I know I did not get much of a chance to spend time with you two. I hope you guys had a great time. I hope you come back. I promise if you guys do come back again, I will try to get to know you better. Unfortunately, with all the in and out and being on the road, it was hard to talk to everyone. I hope I didn't scare you. Also D- I noticed one thing you were doing, I saw you showing people how to tie ropes. I hope if you do come back, that you will do some party demonstrations for the entire group. I think they would enjoy that. Let me know and thank you for being part of the party.
T-Jack and T- Tjack you have been part of our group for five of the six parties. We thank you for that. You are a great guy. But as great as you are, you wife is that much more lovely. I hope she had a good time and I hope she will join us again next year. I also hope that you had a great time. I didn't get much of a chance to talk to neither you or T and I hope you had fun. Thank you for being supportive of us.
Sandrock- Your first party. I hope it lived up to your expectations. I was happy to have an opportunity ( though it was only a trip to Wal-Mart ) to speak with you. I hope you liked the party and it's setting. It was great seeing you at this party. You seem to fit in well. Hope we get the opportunity to see you again.
Impaler- Another one of the guys making his first trip to our gathering. I also spoke with you briefly as well. I hope you had a good time. Your support is really very appreciated ( I think you know what I mean )!!! I hope you will find your way back here to our party. Good luck with your new addition. Let us know if we can provide anything. Thank you.
NG02- You had a chance to talk to because of the travel time. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you. You are funny, witty and just an all around great guy. Ticklee1973 told us we would like you and she hasn't lied yet. We are very happy that you want to come back and we hope you do. Quality people like those that show up at this party don't come along very often. Sadira and I are fortunate that we have had nothing but quality people at all of our parties. You qualify as that and more. I think it is safe to say, we can call you ( as well as the rest that showed up at this party ) friend. Thank you for making it to this party.
Ticklee1973- We love you. I hope you know that. We hope you will continue to come out to Michigan. You are loved and cherished within this community. And Sadira and I will always go that extra mile for you because you are worth it. Thank you for being part of our gatherings. You need anything at all, you call us.
ChristyL and Jaymoney- It is ALWAYS great seeing you guys. This is party number 3 for you guys also putting you in amongst our core group. We do have some really good core people in our group. As always, Sadira and I thank you for supporting us and this party. We hope you both had a GREAT time. We know we love having you both around. Thank you both for being part of our lives.
Natural Tickler- Another one of those that what else can be said that hasn't already been said. Nice to know you didn't get hurt when that chair broke. Next time we will have the chair made out of steel. Still another story in the long list of stories about you that Sadira and I have on file. Anyone up for Orange Chicken???
😛 You absolutely know what you mean to us and this party. Without you at this party, well it just wouldn't be a party. Thank you for your undying love and support of us. We love you too!!!
To everyone who has been to our parties in the past and didn't make this one- We thank you for your support. Because without all of you supporting at least one party we could have NEVER have made it. Some of you we call true blue friends. We thank you. You were missed. We love all of you for everything you have helped us to be. We thank you for everything.
Sadira- my better half. A half a dozen parties in the books. Yet there is still so much unfinished business. Like the announcement of the Michigan Gathering #13 ( our 7th party ). What else is there for us to do??? You are the glue that holds this party together. No matter what anybody says I know you are great. Those that talk against us, truly don't know us. So NEVER let that bother you. Life is too short to let people who want to hear themselves speak bother you. We have talked about this a lot recently, we have great friends within this community and a great core group of people. This party is ready to go to the next level. We have done a lot. But we can do so much more. I love you with all my heart. I thank you for the memories we shared and the memories we have yet to share. Thank you for everything!!!
