This is probably the cruelest punishment to date! Poor Mila. IRL I'd be afraid that so much itching would sort of hamper the tickling sensation from being felt, but since this is a fantasy world, I will just enjoy the girl's suffering 
I absolutely love your art, and your more "severe" take on tickle torture than your fellow artists. Sort of in the same vein as Augustine, Shock or Redscript. Well done!
