The Phase I tests measure critical skills and abilities that are essential to performing tasks of the Special Agent position. Three paper-and-pencil multiple choice tests comprise the Phase I testing process. These are:

Logical Reasoning Test
Situational Judgment Test

All candidates will receive a letter within two weeks stating whether they passed or failed Phase I Testing. Actual test scores are not disseminated. Candidates who do not pass may be eligible to be retested.
