Well, I once made 300 posts in a single day, but I never intend to do that again (and it's far from the record of about 620 by Ikaiyou).

At the other extreme, there have been periods of 5 or 6 days when I was on vacation and without internet access and made no posts at all.

If it will help you, I reached 160,000 posts on December 31, 2008.
