To those claiming that porn does not increase sex crimes, all you need to do is read the Reagan Commission on Pornography's report.
I don't find that argument unpersuasive; after all, we expect art and other vicarious representations to shape and motivate us in other contexts, so why wouldn't porn have the same capacity? (And I always love it when a group like Reagan's commission winds up agreeing with radical feminists like Catherine MacKinnon.)
Still, the odds of establishing a conclusive link seem low. Even in cases where a sex crime is perpetrated by a consumer of porn, surely the difficulty is in being able to document the difference between causation and correlation.
Here's some more Limbaugh dirty laundry not reported by the so-called "news". Most of the adult female prostitutes in the DR get outsourced to other countries, primarily brothels in Europe. So what's left in the Dominican Republic are mainly adult male hookers for gay tourists and child hookers for the pedophiles. I wonder which category Rush falls into.Or, if you're a filthy, hypocritical pig like Limbaugh, you simply chart a flight over to the Dominican Republic (known for it's thriving sex trade) with a bottle of Viagra!
