Yeah I know what you mean Gemini Tickles. I am have experienced that many times at work. I am a housekeeper and I clean offices and many times on the journey to work and during work. I have had my feet majorly get a intense tickle sensation that was very ticklish and bit unbearable, no matter how I have tried to stop it or scratch it-keep driving me crazy until I had to relent kick off my tennis shoes, really have to spend a good 5 or 10 seconds trying to scratch the itch. LOL I am not kidding, yes afterwards I wash my hands of course😉 lol But yeah I have had the tickly sensation travel to the middle of my sole and travel to my toes before along my foot-itch it think I will be fine -next thing I know I will be cleaning minding my business-then I will get a ticklish sensation up my spine -a famous spot that the tickles like to travel when they do-is btw my shoulder blades on top of my shoulders and back, sometimes at times my sides, I have to scratch the itch, makes me laugh a little-yet you got to remember that for me-some of that could be-because I unfortunately have to use certain cleaning chemicals, that are harsh to the skin and can irritate it , so it is not uncommon-even w using rubber gloves cleaning the restrooms-during the night having to stop and scratch my arms and hands and along my shoulders, shoulder blades, least a few times a night. But I think the worst tickle I got to say happens a lot to me is you know that area where back of the bra hits, bit of the upper lower back -back of bra rests and covers-, also between shoulder blades-is the worst tickle, hard to stop or scratch it, but yeah I have experienced what you have talked about.
I mean talk about flustering and a bit aggravating at times, especially when this happens at work in a public place -not alone in the comfort of your home, you are out in the open in public, where majority of people will not embrace or understand tickling-might give you funny looks or say comments or judge you, so yeah it can be a bit unnerving and rattle you when it happens.
