My Wrestlemania in north Texas argument took a big hit the past week....

With what went down during Super Bowl week and during the game itself, I now have strong doubts that Wrestlemania could come to north Texas and Cowboys Stadium a.k.a The Deathstar.

The weather couldnt be helped and I dont care what anyone says about that! But with the seating and pricing of tickets, I have now a rather cloudy vision and less hope of going to Wrestlemania unless I get the money together myself.

I doubt weather would be a problem around the time that WrestleMania is normally held, late-March, early-April.

I just don't think the WWE could get a crowd big enough to fill that stadium. This would have been a great venue for WrestleMania 17, but they don't have the star power to carry such an event now. They haven't even sold out the Geogia Dome.

Now is it that or the economy, becuase they had the same thing going last year in Arizona they had last minute tickets going all the way up the day of.

i think its a sign of the time..... Do u recall wcw from 96 to 99... they had crowds of 40,000 plus for just nitro. WWE who i am now a bigger fan of then tna needs to bring back some of the classic matches.... why not bring back fall brawl with the nexus. why not a falls count anywhere match like DDP and randy savage had when the fought all over at spring stampede. if you watch like 10 to 15 years ago the matches were just better. the action was better. i really miss the days where you would have like maybe a tag team match or a singles match and then down would come some stable to beat the hell out of the guys in the ring. only for other faces in the back to come out and stop it. i mean even if with the nexus u dont really see the "gang" warfare. wrestling's biggest problem now is they cant keep alliances up.... specially in TNA. i mean my goodness one week your bestfriends and in a group the next ur bitter enemies only to be pals again
