So the other day i was walking with my mom and my dog and there is this building that caught on fire up on the main street where i live. so me and my mom and dog where walking and we where almost right in front of the building when my dog stoped to sniff the ground when the building started to callapes and if we would of been maybe ten feet from the building it would have fell on us and i think it would have killed us so that was scary i might have been dead me my mom my dog very scary.

Well i think it was my dog that saved us because she stopped us before it happened thanks Queen Bee it was scary

i sorta had a near death experience quite a few years ago i got hit by a car hit me right in the chest

Oh my I am so sorry to here that,my friend got hit by a car too and was thrown 25feet.Happy to hear you are alive and well now

My story would have to be the time I was going to go para sailing and we were being brought out to the boat on a Banana Boat and we had to step off that and onto the boat.Well,I slipped and went into the water.I was scared to move because I thought I was under the boat and was going to get cut by the propeller. So,I just stayed under the water and I saw this pretty bright light. It was so beautiful and it kept me calm. Then, all of a sudden I was pulled up out of the water and onto the boat a bit shaken but, fine and I went para sailing and had a good time!

Arson yes indeed it was your dog..animals are very smart and alert to impending disasters..so glad your dog was..

Thank goodness Queen Bee and Reaper you two are allright and i think your right izzy i now call my dog my angel

Holy crap, Arson Frost, that is scary. Glad you, your mom and your dog are in one piece.

My own worst near-death experience was my only really bad car crash from about 18 years ago. The passenger side of the car was totally caved in (there was no one in it or in the back seat), but I basically walked away from it.

i'm glad to hear you where not hurt

Izzy is right animals are very good at that and have saved many lives. They even made a show about it on animal planet and there were some episodes on it from ''It's A Miracle''.
I am so happy that all the rest of you were not harmed.Car wrecks are so terrible and scary.I often have moments of anxiety in them from when I was in one and it makes me terrified to drive.

My near death experience involves me trying to make a left turn in a turn lane.
I was at the light in the turn lane. It was about 5:50 p.m. on a warm summer evening
I was about 25 years old. Across the way was a similar left turn lane., the light was green for on coming traffic only.
I heard the familiar rumble of an 18 wheeler moving way too fast on a surface street,
I looked up and noticed he was in the left turn lane and heading right for me !!!
I didn't want to die, not in a Plymouth Reliant at least !
So, I looked at my rear view and put it in reverse and switched lanes A.S.A.P. !!!!
I dodged death's knock by a fraction of an inch !!
Go figure, I was on my way to meet a friend who was an EMT. The station was the next right after the light ! So, if I bought it, the ambulance didn't have too far to go !

Hmmm you must have someone on heaven who likes you much... that is one lucky fall. I would buy a dog a bunch of stuff after that.

As for my near death experience... well I drowned, got ran over by car and almost bleed during the surgery...

O my! I'm glad you're ok! That doggie loves you.
((I'm glad everyone's ok!))

I've never had a near-death experience. I'm glad, honestly. I like suckin' air.

Although, once, when I had just started driving on my own, I stopped behind a semi who had it's flashers on ((there's a car dealership near my house and they're always stopped there)). And, before I could get around him, he started to back up! I had to back myself up right quick or I was going to be pavement.

Ahh... life... it's good.

Wow these are some crazy stories!I tell you, people have no idea how to drive now-a-days.I am trying real hard to be the best driver I can be and I want to be a perfect one who makes no mistakes and never gets in any accidents, but I am setting a terrible track record for that.Oh well,I am glad everyone is okay!
