NEST 2025 REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Welcome to the NEST Gathering; the world’s largest, and longest-running, inclusive tickling gathering!

Do you love tickling, being tickled, hearing laughter, having that control, or losing it?
Has it been TOO FREAKING LONG since you've gotten together with like-minded friends?

There are four things you can add to your cart:

• NEST 2025 Admission
  • This is what gains you access to NEST 2025!
• Pay It Forward Donation (optional add-on)
  • *See below for more details
• NEST T-Shirt (optional add-on)
  • A T-Shirt with the NEST 2025 logo!
• NEST Pin (optional add-on)
  • An enamel pin with the NEST 2025 logo!

The donation, pin, and t-shirt will be available for purchase for a while, so you don’t need to purchase them all at the same time

FAQ ABOUT REGISTRATION

• You can purchase multiple tickets per order, each one will ask for unique info.
• Make sure you download your ticket to print out or screenshot on your phone for check-in at the event.
• To complete your registration, make sure to click the link in your ticket received email to fill out and sign the Code of Conduct/Legal Waver. You will ONLY get the hotel information after this form has been read and agreed to.
• The hotel information will be emailed in batches to those who have completed the Code of Conduct/Legal Waver.
• Ticket buyers will get TWO emails:
  • The first will be from “NG Events - receipts[at]stripe.com” with the subject line “Your NG EVENTS receipt [#xxxx-xxxx]”, which is your actual payment receipt.
  • The second will be from “NG Events - admin[at]nestgathering.com“ with the subject line “Your NEST 2025 Ticket is here!”, which will include your order number, a link to your order details (which includes your ticket download link), as well as the link to the Code of Conduct/Legal Waver.

Make sure you check spam and trash folders for your emails. If they aren't there, we can resend, but always check your spam first!

Hotel and ‘napping information emails will start going out after next week.

*ABOUT THE PAY IT FORWARD DONATION

We have heard from a few people that they would love the opportunity to financially support NEST in additional ways, but accepting random donations has never been a clean process. Therefore we are introducing a simple add-on to your order, where you can add $10 increments to your order to fill the NEST coffers.

This is a completely optional donation. It is never expected, nor is it required in any way, shape, or form.

What does NEST use its funds for?

The main costs break down to:

• Hotel contracts
• Food
• Operation Hammond
• Water & Snacks

New to 2025 – the NEST Scholarship Program

NEST has always been able to stay afloat for these via its main registration, and we don’t foresee that changing.
Extra money, however, would allow us to expand some things:

• Larger hotel contracts (hotels with more meeting space, complete hotel buyout contracts)
• Additional catering
• Upgrades to our play equipment
• Possibly lower attendance cost for everyone

Money made from NEST has never, is never, and will never, be used for personal purchases. Every purchase made with NEST funds is in some way related to and benefiting the event.

I've never been to ANY munch or event, I'm nervous I would be overwhelmed. Maybe I should start with a smaller event? Though, this sounds really well-organized and a chance to meet sooo many different tickle people. I did read a little about icebreakers on the website. Definitely gonna keep an eye on this, if not this year maybe some future year 🙂 another question: do tickets usually sell out, and when?
