NEST2010 Philadelphia Registration is Officially Open!

so is that a yes to 143 total? 3 nights hotel, and all nest accomadations? it sounds to cheap to be true
 
its expensive but only happens once a year and so totally worth every penny, in my opinion. the NEST Team goes to great lengths and put in tons of hours to make sure this event happens without fail and without difficulty for everyone 😀 so while it is a little on the expensive side, i, for one, appreciate everything that the NEST Team does for us 😀 see you in a few weeks!
 
Jessica and I have reserved our room. We will be arriving on Thursday and leaving Monday. Can't wait to see everyone. Play, talking, friends, hanging out, swimming, and more play 🙂.

Registration done....and paid. I will be there, arriving Thursday around 1 or 2pm.

If anyone needs (or would like) a pick up at the airport of something, let me know. I plan to be there early enough and I have a rental car for my entire time there.

I happened to see this as I was digging through this thread, and I would encourage everyone who is flying in to just take the hotel shuttle. You really, REALLY don't want make any of your friends pick you up at PHL. I picked up at least three people last year, and that airport is a miserable experience to drive around, especially if you are looping repeatedly trying to see someone you are to pick up. The hotel shuttle is quick and simple and is just a courtesy call away in the airport. Take advantage of it! Milk the hotel for every cent they are worth. 😛

Do I need to have a hotel reservation in my name for them to pick me up?
 
Flights and hotel booked...arriving around 3 PM on Thursday. Can't wait to see everyone. 🙂 Even Hortense....... :rowfull:

I've asked the hotel that they put you as close to the water pipes for that floor as possible so that when I practice my toilet flushing skills....you'll hear it all....

Yay! It's finally official! After waiting for the stupid tax return to show up, getting money transferred to my account, the site being down and fighting with the couples registration duplicating things, we're finally registered and payed for. Woohooo!!! We can't wait!!!

You shouldn't, no. Just tell them exactly what's happening - you're sharing a room with a friend and the room is registered in their name. They may ask you for that person's name too so it's probably worth having one handy though.

Alternately, just tell them you are seeking accommodations and would like to book a room, so a shuttle ride would be greatly appreciated. They aren't going to turn down business, and once you're off the shuttle you will be walking in to a building where nobody in charge knows what you look like and won't expect you to do anything about checking in.
 
I will se you all Thurday afternoon! My flight lands at 3pm and I have no idea how far the airport is from the Hotel! I have a ride set up!
