I agree, anime does it with female character more than mainstream cartoons. Only known popular female characters are Jane Porter and April O Niel, and I can tell modern mainstream cartoons won’t do that with them anymore.

Olive Oyl is definitely a popular one. There's also the scenes from Johnny Test (though the Test sisters are underage), Courage the Cowardly Dog (which may not be to everyone's liking due to it being an older woman), and Gummi Bears (again, probably not for everyone since the victim isn't human), but yeah the large majority of Western cartoon foot tickle scenes are gonna be /m. I still hold out hope that there's some good /f foot tickle scenes just waiting to uncovered from some old obscure cartoon but it's becoming more unlikely.

for many years I have not been able to find a moment that I saw as a child in the 90s, most likely this cartoon was from eastern Europe, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovenia or somewhere else, because I understood only part of the Slavic dialect, it was not very well drawn, but there was a funny scene in the center of the plot there was a girl and a boy, and the antagonist was their nanny or it was an older sister, I can't say for sure who she was who didn't allow them to play pranks and make a mess in the house when they run out into the backyard and hide from her in a makeshift house similar to a doghouse, she she can't get there because she's too big for this room, when she starts breaking the house with her foot, her foot gets stuck inside, then the children take off her slippers and start tickling her, which makes her laugh and bang her fists on the ground, I don't remember how long this scene is, but I asked people, presumably who could live in these regions of Europe, but no one has seen anything like it

I haven’t forgotten them. The most missed opportunity that I wished seeing characters from Big Hero 6 and Tangled.

Like two Hot Aunts, Aunt Cass and Aunt Willow.

Willow from Tangled is Rapunzels aunt who is a barefooter like her. Sad thing is that she is one time character that I wished she was foot tickled by a Don Turtelli like character or a plant monster.

And there was one foot tickling in Big Hero 6 but it was a male character. I wished Aunt Cass gets like foot tickled. Why is that Mainstream or Hollywood don’t give any female Characters foot tickling treatment that’s mostly like cartoon MILF or hot Aunts?

It really is frustrating as someone who's strictly a /f fan. Like, when women actually get tickled in mainstream scenes it's normally just a quick belly poke or maybe a quick foot tickle if we're lucky, yet there's an absolute plethora of scenes featuing men being interrogated or tortured by having their feet tickled. I'm convinced that a lot of people in Hollywood just have a repressed /m foot tickle fetish and use these scenes as an outlet, kinda like Quinten Tarantino does with his foot fetish because it seems to happen a lot, at least in Western mainstream. Thankfully, Asian media seems to be much less /m focused.

I don't think Tarantino has a "repressed" fetish, neither uses his movies as an outlet, they are pretty obvious, right? Also, I'd like to think that all tickle scenes are written by a fetishists, by Idk, it depends.

About the lack of /f, I think it's actually the opposite, that the hollywood produces don't see men feet shots and scenes with men being dominated as something perverted or even violent as much the same with a woman, so they're more willing to allow /m.

I agree! Plus some people would see it as "Heres a man in power being broken and humiliated by a feather" and get a laugh out if it.

This is actually a rated TV-14 because there's actual violence and deaths etc. It's a more mature TAS. It's clearly meant for older teens-young adults. And obviously fans of the hero, which could be a wide variety of ages.

That being said, I think this Harley would have been a cute tickle victim, despite people not liking the changes in characters.

Since when is a person not allowed to feel frustrated? /m scenes have always been more recurring in animations, but only a fool can't tell the arbitrary ideological bombardment of Western mainstream media since 2014, especially nowadays.

It's one thing to be able to act maturely when it comes to the subjectivity of diverse tastes, it's another to be downright oblivious of such changes.

It's not gonna change anything, it's not gonna magically make more /F scenes appear, it's not gonna change the person in this video to a woman, whining about it is literally pointless.
