Derek has Ditria's very alluring neck on display with no issue once she is mummified from the bottom of her neck, down to her ankles - most of her body wrapped up taut by the aid of plenty of rolls of vet wrap! Jutting out, it's held in its position due to Ditria's head being pulled upwards from the tension of the leather strap that's oriented tightly across her chin, secured around the table she's laid upon. He can't help himself other than to want to create plenty of movement from her larger than usual larynx, which he creates by tickling her in various ways, rhythms, and even sometimes including a different tool to mix things up just a bit!
