New to the Forum, not to the Fandom

Hi hi.

I'm BashfulHeart (it's an alias >.>) and I'm a fur and ... well... I dunno if it's so much a -fetish- as a fixation... I've discussed it once or twice with my mate and he thinks it's more fixation than fetish but I dunno.. *shrug*

I've glanced at this forum a couple of times before, so I decided I might as well try to frequent it a bit... maybe put my two cents in every once in a while...

Just for reference's sake, I'll include a picture of my alias, it's kinda chibi, though, and I do NOT want to see her used in anything r- or x-rated -.-;; My character, designed by me, copyright me, etcetera etcetera etcetera...

Welcome to the forum BH! That is a great drawing, did you do it yourself? There is a great detail in the shading, even though it is done with colored pencils. I know that can be pretty hard to do. Well, either way, It's good to see new faces. Hope you enjoy your stay!

I always kind of figured that fetish and fixation went hand in hand. I guess it doesn't matter what you call it. Call it a hobby if you like. Oh wait, hobbies cost money.

You say it is not very good, but it is better than I, or most of the people here for that matter, can do. After you get to 10 posts, you should photoshop that down and use it as an avatar! It would look pretty good. 🙂

Actually, ^.^;; I'm not even there yet. My fiance is on his way here in Mississippi to help me move there on Monday. I figured it'd be better to just put it now instead of hearing "So you're in MS?" two or three weeks down the road and having to explain that I forgot to update..

Hmm...It might take a few hours to take into effect. Did you narrow it down to the right size? It can only be something like 80x80 pixels...or something like that.

EDIT: Excuse me, i'm sorry, 64 by 64 pixels. Whoops!

Actually, chibis would probably be ok. Kids are ok too, as long as the activity is not overtly sexual. Just take a look at what some of the other artists have posted, and if it's in that vein, then there shouldn't be any problem 🙂

Haha, it's okay. as soon as I saw you were having problems I jumped into photoshop and quickly punched one out. I didn't spend too much time on it, so I'm not completely devastated...just partially...

Just kidding, I don't mind. It looks good, too! 😀

Thanks for the effort, though, a1 ^.^; *hugs* it'd be clearer if I filled the colors in photoshop but I haven't quite gotten the hang of shading in there yet.. especially on my laptop. It'd be easier if I had a stylus to draw with but, alas, those drawing pads are too expensive for the likes of me right now.

Aside from the horrible attempt at humor, I believe that you did a pretty good job on shading. I mean, it certainly has a three demensional feel to it. Oh well, if you do improve then your work will be all the better! Plus, wow, you are already up to 16 posts.
