I would suggest cancelling now before you are forced to. NYC is effectively going to be on lock during and well past the time you are planning to visit.

You should definitely cancel. Its worse in NYC than upstate by far and I hear from friends in the city, its miserable. And you have a high chance of getting sick, dont risk it. Self care comes first over kink.
